The "Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft - GEW" (German Union of Education and Science) is in charge of the project. Next to the GEW the Polish Teachers’ Union (Zwiazek Nauczycielstwa Polskiego - ZNP) is involved in the project as a core partner.

Three more partners - the "Österreichische Gewerkschaftsbund - ÖGB" (Austrian Confederation of Trade Unions), the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE) and the "Institut für Berufsbildung, Weiterbildung und Telematik - IBWT (Institute for Vocational and Further training and Telematics) of the Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg - support the project as strategic partners. As the core partners are responsible for all activities and results of the project, the strategic partners take over specific subtasks such as for instance expert contributions for the transnational events and the distribution of the conclusions throughout their national and European networks.
